And I should say that it is 30 degrees right now and I am dripping with sweat having pruned another thirty olive trees up at the Greek Hovel. I am on my second litre of water as I enjoy a late lunch at Miranda's in Kambos and recover from my labours. I have just noted that my old pal "thirsty" David Bick is doing the PR for hedge fund Crown Ocean in its battle to oust the shamed, discredited and unwanted board and management at Bowleven (BLVN). If you are in a scrap with utter scumbags having Bick on your side is no bad thing as he is the king of this form of trench warfare, gutter warfare. Team Crown issued a statement on Friday which is damning. You will remember that the management of Bowleven is still in place despite shareholders voting most of the bastards off the board and now they are trying to flog the company. I have noted before that the little watched internet TV channel tipTV charges companies to appear then serves up a soft ramptastic interview and fails to declare that it is being paid to pull its punches and assist the rampathon. This is wholly unacceptable but tip TV persists. I guess it needs the cash.
The last reported accounts (year to September 30 2014 - HERE) showed losses of £178,717 and period end net current assets of £102,204. Hmmmm sweet FA viewers, spunking £15,000 pcm it does not look good. Better get a few more companies to pay for ramptastic interviews. But it gets worse. I am reliably informed that the company was almost out of cash just before Christmas so we can assume that when 2015 accounts finally come out they will also be a train-wreck. Oh...it gets even worse...
David Lenigas companies have been among those getting interviewed most often and in the softest possible terms by t1p TV interviews such as the investment prostitute Louise Cooper and Zak, the Sith Lord, Mir. Not only did these folks not tell their viewers that companies were paying for soft questions what they also neglected to mention is that a major shareholder in tip tv is David Bick.
